Borland Development Corporation (BDC) has deeply rooted core values that made us who we are today. We acknowledge each and every partner’s importance in building and promoting our high-quality houses and recognizing our people as our most important asset. Our continuously growing family became closer together, helping deliver thousands of houses to fulfil the dream of “masang Pilipino” to have their own home.
For the past 30 years, BDC has been consistent in finding ways to provide affordable and reliable houses. Dating back to 1990, Mr. Vicente Hao Chin Sr. had a vision to establish a real estate development that offers affordable yet quality housing units for Filipinos to help address the country’s demand on housing due to overgrowing population.
