Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly contribute to the development of the processes, procedures and standards of the Collection & Billing Department in connection to Delinquency Management Section
  • Regularly review its effectivity in meeting the targets of the section with accurate and reliable performance indicators and databases by setting clear and quantifiable targets for the level and quality of service they provide
  • Perform all audit activities, prepare corrective plans, supervise all processes and ensure compliance with all deadlines set for the section
  • Provide analyses and/or assessments to Collection and Billing Head about the capabilities and performance of the section, and recommend strategies to reduce all collection loss
  • Be involved in the design and preparation of training programs, facilities and resources

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer first-aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
  • Monitor and record patient's condition;
  • Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
  • Maintain medical and other similar records of all employees
  • Secure and ensure that sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate
  • Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
  • Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees;
  • Generate medical reimbursement report every month
  • Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month

  • Responsible for managing customer queries and concerns and providing solutions to their problems in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage customer queries and concerns including responding to the customer through various channels, transmittal of documents and coordinating buyer’s concerns to the stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Improve the recruitment and selection program including counseling managers on candidate selection, analyzing exit interviews, and recommend changes
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and overseeing orientation and training programs
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer related courses such as Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Possess management experience including coaching, technical leadership skills and setting timelines
  • Two years work-related experience in network server wireless, IP Telephony, IP Camera, Access control, VMware and Cloud computing platform is required for this position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, direct and administer processes and framework for Cloud and on-premise server operation within the company’s domain
  • Monitor the network security to protect resources, database and operating systems and to ensure compliance with the Information Security policy in line with data privacy act 10173
  • Work with the IT team and management to create a document, implement, and manage policies, procedures and practices that ensure the availability, integrity, and privacy of information assets on managed computer systems

  • Prepare Deed of Absolute Sale for Transfer Certificate of Title transfer of Westbrook Finance Corporation or Net Present Value accounts

  • Perform preparation of water and electric data for financial data
  • Update and encode individual water meter reading
  • Prepare a list of active and delinquent accounts
  • Prepare job requests for new connections, re-connection, and disconnection of water service
  • Issuance of monthly water reading forms
  • Prepare summary billing

Qualifications:

  • Must have good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Has computer knowledge in spreadsheet preparation and proficient in Microsoft Word and Windows application
  • Can work with work activities patiently and with initiative
  • Must be amenable to work in Tanauan, Batangas, and willing to be trained in Carmona, Cavite for 1 month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the collection of water and electric bill on site
  • Perform preparation of water and electric bill collection report
  • Update and encode individual water meter reading
  • Accountable for monthly water payment collection, depositing amount collected to the bank accredited, and preparing job request for new connection, reconnection and disconnection of water service.

Qualifications:

  • Must have attained at least college level
  • Graduate of Engineering or Technical Course is an advantage
  • Work-related experience to the position is an advantage
